Hi everyone and welcome to my Football Maniac website. Football has been my passion of mine ever since I was seven years old and over the years I have purchased numerous products in the football world to try to improve my football skills on the pitch or to copy some of the biggest stars in that great game.
Being a kid in Bulgaria in my childhood, there weren’t many sports shops or not talking about websites where you can buy merely a ball or your favourite player T-shirt and even if there were few shops you wouldn’t be able to afford it. In one word – it has been tough to buy it!
Now I want to give back to those kids and not only, grow up kids as well who are admiring there idols and want to be like them.
A Litlle Story About My Football Life
Growing up with an older brother who was always out playing football with his friends, I couldn’t go into a different path. So whenever I wanted to play with them, they were telling me that I am too small and weak and that I am not good enough to play with them although I was better than them.
With the time passing around and me getting older I knew that this is my sport and that is in my blood, so I start playing for my local academy and then eventually get promoted to the senior team at the age of 15. After that, I was spotted by a more prominent and more famous football academy in a bigger city, so I moved there and spent four years there. Unfortunately, I didn’t get promoted to the senior team, and I returned to my old team.
After a couple of years there, I got a severe injury, and I decided to quit football at the age of 21.
Since then, I never stopped watching football or playing it with friends for fun because this sport is in my blood and is my main passion. But never forget that this game is one of the grates games in the world and gave us so many amazing athletes and breathtaking moments and that those players ones were just like us, with dreams of becoming footballers. So it is a cliche but never stop dreaming.
